I'm not sure if i understand what you mean by PTA I/F.  The nRF52840's supported features are listed in its specification sheet: http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF52840_OPS_v0.5.pdf

Thanks! PTA is  Packet Traffic Arbitration for coexistence.
