issues on building the code like "cannot move location counter backwards (from fffffc00 to 00000000)"

The code was already done in another system and it worked successfully.But when I tried to build the same code in my system it shows some error like this "cannot move location counter backwards (from fffffc00 to 00000000) " . I am using SDK 11 version and code was done by both ses and keil
