Is 1K SWCLK pull-down required in nRF51822-QFAA? (spec 3.3)If 1K is required, can we replace it with 1.5K?

This is to ensure that the chip does not enter debug mode due to noise.
If your design has the SWDCLK pin routed with longer traces, I'd recommend that you keep this at 1kOhm (or even lower, down to 470 ohm depending on the debugger used).
