which laungage is the prefered for this type of Desktop application having predefined libraries..

Nordic Semiconductor has developed any Desktop applicaiton to have a brief overview how exactly it works...?

If you want to use your BLE-libraries, you can use;
C/C++ (pc-ble-driver)
js (pc-ble-driver-js)
or, python (pc-ble-driver-py).
