I am facing problem in experimentally testing the Proximity Profile!

Question

I have a CC2540 and CC2541 chip with me. I did figure out that both of them are working, but now I am stuck up at how to practically test if the proximity profile is working!
For a matter of fact I think both of these chips do have a proximity profile in it! 
 Any help would be really great!

The proximity profile is implemented on our Android and iOS apps, there is also an example for the proximity implementation on our evaluation and development boards (nRF51-EK/DK) .You also get the source code for the iOS and Android apps when you purchase our evaluation kit. In addition you get the nRF Sniffer by which you can view your BTLE packets for learning and debugging. 
 To test a proximity implementation, you can use the Nordic iOS and Android apps (nRF Proximity/nRF Toolbox), this should give you the required confidence that the proximity application works as expected.
