BLE Vs. User priority.

We planing to use the NFR52832 with heavy algorithm (Real time ECG analysis) with light BLE use. Does the BLE have higher priority that can slows the algorithm?

The SoftDevice does have a higher priority than the application (user). See Interrupt model and processor availability for documentation on the S132 SoftDevice. 

It would be helpful wiry some more information on the algorithm your running, CPU load, timing requirements, sensor sampling, memory handling, etc.
