It is relation to EMC testing, the test house asked as the question what is the EMP of the IC.

We are still not familiar with this terminology, are you able to specify a little better? Is it possible you're referring to the maximum RF input power ratings of the chip? The receiver will start saturating at 0 dBm and take damage at about 10 dBm.
