how to configure\design the NRF51822 bluetooth profile?

we want to develop Educational toys. the toys is communication with the IOS \ Android APP .when power on ,the toys start to sent the package with a frequency of 200 HZ, and until power off. we have some questions as follows: 1.Does the nRF51822 chip implement this function? 2.how to configure\design the NRF51822 bluetooth profile? for example: we kown we must support GAP\SDAP, but What is needed also?and how to configure it in the sortware?

With BLE, the lowest connection interval you can have is 7.5 ms, and iOS limits this further to between 20 and 40 ms. This means that you will not be able to transmit at a full 200 Hz.
