I found the link below and was wondering if the information is up to date (says nRF52 SDK v0.9.2).

I haven't been able to find any other instance of it.

The purpose is that I will be implementing C++ code to use the service to perform firmware upgrades from a phone app.

No, the current SDK version is 15.1. The link you found is therefore not up to date, you can find the corresponding SDK 15.1 link here.
