nRF51 memory map

Hi, I want to add a bit (about 100KB) off data to my project in Keil. I need to work out where to locate it (to avoid my code and the S120) I can't seem to find a memory map in the documentation, does anyone know where it is located?

I'm not familiar with the documentation for the S120 stack, but on the S110 the S110_SoftDevice_Specification document has a section 10.1 on memory map and usage.
