Big problem about whitelist

When connect to iphone4s, whitelist.irk will be generate,and whitelist.irk_count will be add 1

After that connect to Nexus 7 II bouth irk and addr will be generate,and

whitelist.addr_count :1 whitelist.irk_count :2

question 1: Why addr will not be generated when connected to iphone?

=========== Problem: When reconnected to Android device by white list, my ble device will be disconnect and reconnect every few minutes
