Strange behaviour with the button 'Read State' on nRF Mesh Android App, sometimes it changes the light switch state

Hi, I have a question regarding the behaviour of a button in the nRF App in Android, sometimes the button "READ STATE" in the "Generic On Off Server" configuration changes the state of the LED (turns it on/off) and the button "ON/OFF" doesn't do anything about the light. In the implementation I haven't been able to find a way for this to occur. I work with Segger Embedded Studio, Android Studio, nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a, nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v2.1.1_src, Softdevice 6.0, with the nRF52832.

Hello, maybe confused OPCODE_SET and OPCODE_GET.
Should be: GENERIC_ON_OFF_OPCODE_SET = 0x8202
                    GENERIC_ON_OFF_OPCODE_GET = 0x8201
