nRF51822 DFU problem about nrf connect apk(version 4.19.0) in android platform

Hi,Support Team

I Use the nRF51822 SOC for SDK12.3-example-DFU-bootloader_secure,when I Select the ZIP upadate file,it has a reminder "Loading file has failed. Try different file browser app" in my phone.

However,when I use another phone（same nRF connect apk version,same ZIP update file,same SDK,same key and all same ）,the dfu function it's OK.

So I want to know why cause the problem?

Hi,

Have you attempted to use another file browser? The issue is that some Android file browsers extract .zip files automatically, which causes problems. I recommend you try for instance ES File Explorer.
