Are mbed libraries production ready?

C++ BLE_API of mbed, which I want to use offline with Keil-MDK, looks really well-thought & coherent to me, but I am not a guru in SW development.

Since the mbed-platform support of nRF51822 seems to be quite new and this platform gives a kind of maker community feeling, I have this question in my mind.

    The platform underneath the mbed API is based on production ready software from us (SDK and SoftDevice). However, I am unsure if the layer that mbed delivers is production ready from their perspective. The best way to find out is to ask on the mbed forum.
