Android - Avoid Disconnect After Successful Bonding

Hi,

I am working with bonding process on Android App.

My problem is:

When I create bond to nrf51822, the process complete successfully. Then after a few seconds (3-5 sec), I receive a disconnect event from my app and also from my nrf. If I try to reconnect after that, I can connect and transfer data normally, (bond state is still there).

This happens on most of Android phones I've tested (Android 6.0 or above)

However, if I use Nordic Connect to create bond, Everything Is Okay

Is there any necessary to do after a successful bonding?

What does the disconnect messages say?

What SDK and Softdevice versions do you use?

Can you provide a sniffer log? If you have an extra Nordic dev kit to spare you can use our nRF Bluetooth Sniffer solution.

I am using SDK 11 and Softdevice s130

Below is a sniffer log

To summary:

- Connect event started at  time of 108s

- Pair event started at time of 112s

- Disconnect event at time of 117s

Hi,

It looks like your app is intentionally and willfully disconnecting the link on its own. Can you post the Logcat and a Bluetooth HCI snoop log showing what goes on in your app around the time of the disconnect?
