Disconnect event missing

when i use IOS to connect my device, and disconnect, disconnect event will missing, but it's happend sometimes, not always.

how to fix it?

iOS can/will keep the connection alive for some time even if you press disconnect in the application. Unfortunately this is not something that can be "fixed" from the iOS/app side.

but i has already pressed off the bluetooth button on IOS system.

For how long did you wait after turning of bluetooth on iOS? And which iOS device and version are  you testing. Still seems like iOS is keeping the connection alive for some time.
