Failed to start the PPK on RuuviTag Dev Shield

Hello, 

I am trying to connect RuuviTag to nRF Connect Power Profiler, but I get Failed to start the PPK error.

Computer: macOS High Sierra 10.13.4

nRF Connect v2.5.0

Is the PPK mounted on the DK, Power Select switch in the DK position, COM switch in the DK position, and DUT Select in the External position?
