Hi.

The infocenter is a good place to start looking for examples and step by step procedures.

Two examples:

BLE Secure DFU Bootloader example.

Mesh DFU example.

Note that if you don't use SDK 15 or Mesh 2.2.0, an equivalent example exists for other versions of SDK and Mesh.
