nRF52840 GPIO selection

Looking at the "Pin assignments" section in nRF52840, I found that some GPIO pins are recommended for standard drive, low frequency I/O only. I am wondering whether there is any specification such as how fast the frequency can be or any limitation when I am trying to use it as common I2C/SPI line for sensors such as accelerometer. Please let me know!

Anything that will toggle several times during the time the radio is on air will affect it. I2C, SPI, UART etc will typically fall into this category. Chip select, push button, LEDs (not PWM) is ok.
