Does nrf51_sdk v6.1.0 have a back compatibility to v5.1.0?

I overwrited the application program which made with v5.1.0 and it included only difference against the v5.1.0 to sdk v6.1.0. After this, I buidled it but the target didn't create and idicatede the message as follows:

Target not created

Please advise me to resolve this error. For confirmation, please let me know how to obatain the v5.1.0.

SDK 6.1.0 is not backwards compatible with SDK 5.1.0, there are lots of changes.

Keil can't find the file or directory. It doesn't exist in SDK 6.1.0.

SDK 5.2.0 (5.1.0 not available) can be downloaded on the product page. Just click the version number to the right of the link to get access.
