nRF52832 I2C frequency issue

Hi team,

My customer needs to make some adjustment on I2C frequency due to their SW requirement. As our reference on datasheet, I2C frequency needs to be 100kbps, 250kbps and 400kbps, but customer has changed "Frequency" registor to 0x27000 to make it as ~10kbps, is it OK for this implement? Any risk or reason to abandon?

Hi Leon,

It's not been tested. They should also check out this errata issue:

You may also check out the twi_sw_master.c that is a software implemented twi master.
