Cant debug: NRF51, SDK12.1, SD130 v2.0.1

Hi,

for some reason I cant debug in Keil, the program doesnt stop in main.

I also have NRF_LOG enabled, but nothing appears on RTT.

What could I do?

Please check if the "debug information" box is checked like shown below:

 

If this is not the problem, please post a screenshot of the CPU register view you see when you try to debug the application in keil. Like this:
