nrf 52840 dongle not working

Dear nordic,

I need a help to working nrf52840 dongle. It's not working when i press reset button led not flashing.

i don't know what happen to dongle can you help me to solve this issue

now its not recognized my PC i need a urgent help to resolve the issue

Hi Alan.

Have you setup your nRF52840 dongle?

You should start by doing all the steps in the Getting Started Guide in the infocenter.
Once you have completed this, you can look at the Programming Guide which is also on the infocenter.
