Unable to connect non-bonding device to Windows 8.1

Hi

I tried to connect our non-bonding device to Windows 8.1, but it ends in an error message. The implementaion uses the device_manager_peripherial from SDK 6.1 with the "bond" setting set to 0. It looks as Windows 8.1 won't work with devices that support only pairing, but no bonding.

Anyone got lucky connecting non-bondable devices to Windows 8.1?
