Hi.
You can find out which phones support LESC by searching in Bluetooth SIG's device list. This list has a registry of all supported features for Bluetooth devices.
Just do the following:
1. Search for the phone you wish to check.
2. Click on the Declaration ID.
3. Scroll down until you find View ICS Details and click on this link.
4. Click on Core Protocol Layers --> LMP(Link Manager).
5. Under Table 2: Supported Features, item 2/26 you can check whether or not the phone supports LE Secure Connections.
This method might require a bit work, but I'm not sure if Bluetooth SIG allows search for specific features in their device list.

Hi AndreasF.
That list was open for all some time ago. Now it has restricted access.
Also, you need to know the model code for the search.
It is supposed that many devices have been updated with security patches and I think not necessarily are on the BT list, so the safest check is to contrast the experiences with other users.
Hi.
You can register if you want to do a search. I don't have any more assistance to offer you regarding this question, as Nordic doesn't develop any Android smart phones. I suggest you try to ask the question at the Bluetooth SIG forum.
