Power Consumption due to to use of USB2.0

I'm working with nRF52840 on a battery powered device , as a result theres a constraint in the total power of the cell . Now , it's been decided to use the USB2.0 at full-speed ; what would be the the increase in power consumption due to the use of USB .

Is this the average current that will be drawn from both VDD and VDDH , or any one supply ??

Can I use the system in config no 5 ,i.e USB with : VDD =1.8 V and VDDH connected to VDD ?
