ble_app_uart: I get a Fatal Error on RTT logging.

I am not connecting any uart lines to the device. But I feel the assert is being used as the timeout "handler" and then pressing button one resets the device.

I'm using this code as the base for a BLE app and was wondering how to avoid this shutdown of the chip?

Hi,

I recommend to define DEBUG in the project, example:

Then the app_error_fault_handler() will output file name and line number instead of just "Fatal error".

It turned out to be the sleep function in the uart example.

It was essentially triggering a reset.
