The amount of voltage which a nRF51822 GPIO pin can source?

Hello,

I am making a PCB for my project using the nRF51822 chip? Can I power a LED with the GPIO pin or do I need to connect a MOSFET to drive the current? Also, I want to connect a vibrator with my application, it needs 80mA driving current, can that be powered by the GPIO pin or do I need to connect it to a MOSFET as well?

A LED should be ok, provided it draws less than 5 mA (GPIO in high-drive). For anything more, like the vibrator motor, you need a transistor.

Which led do you guys use in your development board can you give me a BOM for that if possible? Also, do you have a reference layout design of the nRF51DK?

Just about any modern LED will have enough light at 5 mA, but the one used in the nRF51-DK is this one.
