DFU failed after 1st image on SD+BL+APP, and need reboot iphone to dfu application only

update SD+BL+APP from sdk12.2.0 to sdk14.2.0 , hang at trying to reconnect after loading the 1st image out of 2 on NRF52832. need reboot iphone and DFU application only to dfu.

Hi Sam, 

is the NRF52832 advertising as DFUTarg after the 1st images has been transferred? Does the SDK v12.2.0 bootloader retain the bonding information and application data through the DFU process, i.e. is DFU_APP_DATA_RESERVED set to 3*CODE_PAGE_SIZE ?
