Side channel protection in the AES/AES-GCM module and in the Cryptocell

Hi,

do the AES CCM module, AES ECB module, and the Cryptocell 310 (in nRF52840) employ measures against side channel attacks? I am mainly concerned with timing analysis and (differential) power analysis.
