Eddystone Beacon -URL Notification, able to scan URL but cant receive as notification

Sir,

System notifications where enabled On my mobile but still I did not get any kind of notification from Eddyston Beacon-URL.I am using nRF52840. Is there anything such as this will support to this particular Bluetooth or android version. I am able able to scan the URL but not able to receive as notification. help me please. 

Note: SDK version -15.0.0

@sharan,

Are you connecting to your beacon?  In the Bluetooth spec. notifications only work when a connection is established between a server and a client.  If you are just scanning for your Eddystone beacon then you won't get Bluetooth notifications as defined in the core spec.

Thanks for quick reply.. Yes I am connecting to beacon, I am getting URL as notification successfully after connecting client and server.

If I want to change the URL hard coded, I am not getting the size of the array of this definition  #define APP_ES_URL_URL  , or else can I configure URL from my mobile phone permanently.
