Where do we get support for NRF24L01

Where do we get support for NRF24L01+ ?

There is no option in the pull down menu for the device.

I attempted to set up a profile for private support but they have made the form almost unusable so as to discourage use and force everyone onto the public forum that has no option for my device.

I am looking for changes made to NRF24L01+ over the last couple of years that may have affected either the command structure or the timing. I used 2017 marked devices without issue and now started using 2018 version and cannot get them to communicate using same code I used on the 2017 version devices.

Something must be different.

    All posts, both Public and Private will be handled by Nordic Engineers. The only difference between these is that users in the community can help answer public cases as well.

    The devices in the dropdown menu is the same for Public and Private cases. You can select nRF24 (almost at the bottom of the list) for all nRF24 series devices. 

    One of our support engineers will get back to you in your other case to help you with the issue.
