Read entire flash to create production image

Hi, 

I want to create 1 hex file that will contain my bootloader, app and softdevice. 

I know i can use NRF GO studio in order to read each hex individualy but it is of no use to me as i want to be able to create 1 full image of the chip and use it to duplicate it with only one burn. 

I tried using nrfjprog by running "nrfjprog.exe"  --readcode fullchip.hex" but the HEX file that was created was not working. 

Please let me know what is the right way to do it.

You can use the Command line Tools and Mergehex for this.

How can i make it work with bootloader? 

It keep on booting from the bootloader failing CRC check on the app...

The only way i can boot from the app is burning soft device and bootloader and using DFU to upload the application as well.
