3D step model of nRF52840

I'm looking for 3D STEP model of  nRF52840 QIAA aQFN73 package. I just found step model of dev kit, but not component itself. Could anyone help me and share one.

Hello,

If you are using Altium I would recommend to use the altium files we give at the infocenter as a reference. The altium library attached in the files contents a 3D step model of nRF52840.

We are not Altium user, but other Mech / Electronic  CAD programs.  Step files works fine

Unfortunately we don't have any step files for the nRF52840. In Altium you can generate 3d files using the footprint wizard. Maybe you can generate something like this in the CAD program you are using?
