Related to sleep mode in BLE

Dear nordic,

I have an BLE application which works as Central and Peripheral and also which contain ADC,UART and GPIO's

Scanning and advertising controlled by application code 

i need to Sleep between when its not scanning and advertising how i this achieve?

i need a support for achieving this for reducing current consumption

First off, what SDK version are you using?  The examples folder in the SDK shows how you can sleep the CPU during idle periods, generally you need to call

    ret_code_t err_code = sd_app_evt_wait();
    APP_ERROR_CHECK(err_code);

Using sdk 15 and in  my application i use ADC UART and gpio's i want to reduce maximum current

I need an advise for this

I use this in while loop in main

Is it ok when I use this ADC, UART and gpio's or any additional steps to take care for reducing current?

Since all the activity in the application and softdevice happens in the interrupt context. calling sd_app_evt_wait() in the while(1) loop should be enough to minimize the current like Darren says.
