Smartwatch NO.1 F18

Hi .. I've a Chinese watch with NRF52832 CPU DTNO.1 F18.  I'd like to change it watch face as all watch with Mediatek CPU ..  Is there an application to easily do that  How can I easily do ?  Thanks
