The NRF51822 datasheet (section 9.4 and 9.5) says the CTAC and CTAA WLCSP packages have a normal height of 0.35mm. The datasheet also says the CEAA WLCSP package has a normal height of 0.50mm.
On distributor websites the NRF51822-CTAC-R has a listed package height of 0.35mm, but the NRF51822-CEAA-R has a listed height of 0.33mm. Is the distributor's listing incorrect, or is the NRF51822-CEAA-R a thinner package than the one listed in the datasheet?
