Troubles with the Nordic Thingy Mesh Demo

HI all,

I'm trying to get the Thingy Mesh Demo v0.1 working on my Thingy's. I am using the same SDK version as used in the demo (Nordic nRF5 SDK for Mesh v1.0.1) and I have been able to upload the code to the Thingy's. 

However, step 7 in the tutorial states the following:

When the Thingy bridge is turned on, it will blink in red breath light, and start to do provisioning to the nearby unprovisioned Thingy nodes automatically.

My Thingy bridge blinks in green light and it does not provision the Thingy nodes. 

Also, I can't find the devices on the nRF Mesh App (iPhone 6s). 

Am I missing something? Any help would be much appreciated!

I fixed the issue! I did not erase the old firmware on my Thingys. However I still can't find the thingys on my phone.

Hi Jan, 

The nRFMesh on iOS mentioned in the repo is not the same as the nRFMesh app you can download from AppStore. It's an earlier version and functional differently. 

I would suggest to use nRFConnect and the macro instead.
