Where are the Product keys?

We've purchased the nRF6700 (nRFGO Starter Kit) and nRF24LE1-F16Q24-DK (Dev Kit) from Mouser Australia.

Both products arrived without Product Keys - so can't download any software.
Does anyone know how to get an answer out of Nordic or Mouser?
Am I missing something?  Thanks for any help - we're in a hurry!

I'm fairly sure you don't need a product key to download any of Nordic's software. I don't remember having received one. Please correct me if I'm wrong..

The documentation is in the infocenter, which also has a guide as to how to get started. The SDK can be downloaded from the Nordic website.

The nRFgo Starter Kit (nRF6700) was the development platform for the nRF24L-series, however it has not been maintained for many years (>6years I believe).

There was a product key at the time, but I believe everything is now available without a product key from:

Have you considered the nRF52-series instead? E.g. nRF52-DK (nRF52832).
