I have a question.

could I use android/ios APP to connect several BLE devices at the same time?

because I want to use andriod APP to control all of the BLE devices at the house.

example: if I have 5 BLE devices ,I can use android APP to find all of them,but I only can connect one of them. could I use android APP to connect all of them at the same time?

condition: (1)nrf51822 (2)My BLE device use below example code "\Nordic\nrf51822\Board\pca10001\s110\experimental\ble_app_uart" (3)S110 SoftDevice

In theory, yes, you can connect several devices to your Android phone at the same time, but usually the apps are limited to a certain functionality and only keep connection to a certain peripheral at the time. I did a quick google search on connecting multiple devices to the same Android phone and found this.
