USART is not work in Openthread

I have PTR9818 module and NRF52840 Development Kit. I flash firmware CLI example(SDK for Thread and Zigbee 2.0.0) for PTR9818 module and communicate with PC use USB-USART(Connect to Pin 6 an Pin 8). Module PTR9818 doesn't send data to PC when I send command. I try to flash PTR9818 with uart peripheral example it working perfect. I flash CLI example for NRF52840 Development Kit and got working perfect too. In the past I flash  PTR9818 use CLI example and got that work., but now that problem got that happen. Thanks for you help.

It does not look like there is an active UART connection to the PTR9818 module (missing lights on DSR/CTS LEDs in your terminal software). Have you tried debugging the application, to see if any error codes have been reported and placed the application in the error handler?

Are you sure the connection between the modules UART pins and the USB to UART adapter is correct?

Looks like you are correct. The UART_HWFC define is set to ENABLED in the OpenThread library. I only checked the CLI example documentation, and this state HWFC: None. This will most likely still work on the DK, as the Segger chip that converts UART to USB will handle this. When using a UART-to-USB adapter, you need to use the correct setting.
