Cannot Pair to Relay Example(BLE Central and Peripheral)

 Good afternoon, 

 I am currently using ble_app_hrs_rscs_relay example in the ble_central_and_peripherals part of the SDK. I am just testing out the example and trying to pair with my cell phone and the ble_app_hrs example however, i cannot get the ble_app_hrs_rscs_relay example to pair with my phone. From looking at the LEDs, the ble_app_hrs_rscs_relay example is pairing correctly with the ble_app_hrs example since LEDs 1 and 2 are both on. When i try to pair with my iphone however, when using the NRF_Connect app LEDs 3 and 4 will alternate turning on and off repeatedly. From the nrf_connect app the app continues trying to establish a connection but it just hangs infinitely trying to pair without any success. 

  I am using nrf5_SDK15.2 with softdevice s140 v6.1 on the nrf52840 board. I am attempting to pair with an Iphone SE using the nrf_connect app. I have not modified the ble_app_hrs_rscs_relay example however i have tried running other types of examples on the same board in the past.

Hi Gian,

Which version of the nRF Connect app are you using? Do you have problems connecting to other examples from the SDK with your phone or is it just this one? Can you try to turn off bluetooth on your phone for 1 min to erase the cache, and then try to connect again and see if this helps?

For some reason it is definitely my phone.  I used a colleagues phone and the app works fine.
