What is the GPIO pad leakage of nRF52840 in power up

Without the pull-up/down enabled what is the GPIO leakage of the nRF52840?

Older posts from nRF51 indicate nA and fA. Is this the same for this IC?

It's typically well below <1nA at normal operating conditions, but at temperature extremes you may get closer to 10nA.
