nRF52840 Dongle not programming

I just got my new nRF52840 dongle and went through the procedures stated. But I tried programming the nrf blinky firmware and after that I'm not able to connect the dongle. I have attached the screenshot for further information. What am I doing wrong here?

Hi

The reason for your result is that the dongle leaves bootloader mode once you have programmed it. Press the reset button to re-enter bootloader mode. More information on programming the dongle can be found here.
