nRF52810 only supports S112 so the max throughtput anyone can achieve is 330 kbps .. please provide proof.. test data. Only nordic employee please answer this or someone who has done testing...

No, nRF52810 also support S132 v5.1.0. Throughput data is available in chapter 17 of S132 SDS v5.1.
