Is it only nRF52840 + S140 which support BT5 Long Range (Coded PHY) ?

Hi,

Correct. The nRF52832 and nRF52810 does not support coded PHY in HW, and as such there is no support for it in the S132 or S112 stacks either. As such it is only supported on nRF52840 + S140.
