sending small batch data to peripheral UART service

I am trying to send hundreds bytes to peripheral, the best tool that I can find, is still nrfConnec. But the data only be typed one by one. Is there any way let it load a file to send? Or is there any other tool can do this? Any input will be appreciated.

What are you actually trying to achieve here?

Is this as a product, or just for development and/or testing?

Nordic do have PC APIs for communicating via their dongles.

Windows 8 introduced (limited) support for BLE; better in Win 10.

You can create a BLE Central on various Nordic chips & devboards

Thanks. It is for development testing. You mean I can create dongle on devboards or must order another special dongle.

Can you give me the dongle  and PC API link please?

Sure, you could use a Dev Kit as a central, and interface it to the PC over UART or USB.
