Hi, I am wondering what cost-effective JTAG debuggers you can use with the nRF52832 hardware using the 10-pin standard debugging header. For example, has anyone used the Segger J-link EDU Mini device?

It's not actually JTAG - it's SWD.
Probably the most cost-effective debugger for nRF52832 development is the one that's built into the nRF52-DK.
Not only cost-effective, but also very convenient!
Note that the onboard JLInk in the DK will allow you to use monitor-mode debugging - I think a JLink EDU will not.
awneil - Sorry, I meant SWD. I have the development kit but now have done a custom PCB and need to connect to it.
The devkit has a debug out - for connecting to external targets
I purchased two J-LINK EDU MINI from Digikey, and they work perfectly on our custom board using both the nRFGo and Keil uVision software.
