nRF52832 I/O voltage

Hi,

I have nRF52832 connected to a device(A) which can operate from 3.3V to 5V supply.

When the device's supply is 3.3V, it communicates with nRF52832.

Before the device's supply is switched to 5V, I will disable the nRF52832 I/O pins connected to it.

After supply switching, nRF52832 is still working, device(A) will communicate with device(B), I/O 5V level. 

Will this cause damage to nRF52832?

See the nRF52832 datasheet: it tells you  the Absolute Maximum voltage at any IO pin:

So your design just needs to ensure that you never exceed that!
