I've searched the site and cannot find it.

The IC itself cannot be made compliant as the radio performance is dependent on external components. We have done a pre-test that shows that it's possible to make it compliant if the reference design is followed exactly. But this doesn't replace testing on your product so you will have do the testing on your final product and declare this CE compliant.
